Children are often look for a snack after school. Therefore, I usually prepare this snack in large quantities, then put it in the freezer. When the kids need it just fry it. Eat this fried dumplings with sweet & sour sauce that is sold in any supermarket. In order to reduce the oil, I usually use air fryer rather than deep fryer:)
Ingredient
- 250 gram minced chicken/beef
- 1 spring onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil (for chicken) or fish sauce (for beef) or whatever you prefer
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp ginger (freshly grated or powder form)
- wonton wrappers
- toothpicks
Mix all the ingredients, then fold it in dumplings shape, use a toothpick to tie. Fry. Serve it with sweet and sour sauce or any sauce you like. Enjoy!
