Ingredients:
- 400 g large shrimp, remove the head, cut backs
- 1 onion, cut into 4
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cm ginger, crushed
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 100 gr of tomato sauce (more or less)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 125 ml of water (more or less)
- 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter, for sauteing.
How to make:
- Marinate shrimp with lemon juice and salt for a few moments.
- Then fry until quite cooked and set aside.
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ginger, stir-fry again.
- Add fried shrimp and peppers and stir-fry.
- Pour the tomato sauce, water, soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper into the pan.
- Bring everything to a boil and cook until the sauce is quite thick.
