Lately the sister’s have been busy posting recipe’s via our shared What’s App chat. (Btw) I love it!
So, some of the sisters were talking about this tomatoey “tagine” style breakfast food. I was talking to my husband about this, and he said for breakfast? Who eats it for breakfast?! I guess it all depends on which side of the moon you are facing (LOL!) So just for that, I made my husband do some a-cooking! Here is what he says is HIS ‘special’ authentic Moroccan Pea & Eggs in Tomato Tagine.
This Tagine dish is said to be quite authentic and you eat with the traditional Moroccan bread. Truth be told, I was truly impressed. The dish is filled with comfort every which way you scoop it out with your bread. And not to forget this is a very healthy dish! I did add some harissa (I am about to venture out and make my own!) but overall this is a full fledge dish or for some it could be either breakfast, lunch, dinner or a side to a much larger main dish!
