Ingredients:
- Bananas ripe, rough diced
- Cream cheese spread
- Dark cooking chocolate, coarsely grated
- Spring roll sheets
- Oil, to fry
How to make:
- Mix the banana pieces, cream cheese and grated chocolate together.
- Spread the banana mix onto a spring roll sheet, then roll it (you can rub the edge of the sheet with egg whites or water to glue it).
- Fry until golden.
