Avocado-Orange Smoothies

We often find avocado juice/smoothies as one of the fresh beverages at many restaurants.   • 3 small sized ripe avocados
  • 3 oranges (squeeze to get the juices)
  • ¼ lemon juice (squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp low fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients above.
