Ingredients:
- 500 grams of meat (tenderloin), sliced thin wide
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 400 ml of hot water
Seasonings:
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed, chopped finely
- 2 pc medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 / 2- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
- Heat oil, then add the butter
- Saute garlic until fragrant
- Then add onion, stir until fragrant
- Add the meat, stir until it changes color
- Add all seasonings
- Pour the eggs into it, stir until grainy
- Add 200 ml of hot water, cook over low heat
- Once the sauce thickens slightly, add the remaining water
- Cook over low heat, until the seasoning is absorbed and the sauce thickens

Pour the hot water gradually, so that the flavors mingle well into the meat.
