Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of meat (tenderloin), sliced thin wide
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 400 ml of hot water

Seasonings:

  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed, chopped finely
  • 2 pc medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 / 2- 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions: 

  1. Heat oil, then add the butter
  2. Saute garlic until fragrant
  3. Then add onion, stir until fragrant
  4. Add the meat, stir until it changes color
  5. Add all seasonings
  6. Pour the eggs into it, stir until grainy
  7. Add 200 ml of hot water, cook over low heat
  8. Once the sauce thickens slightly, add the remaining water
  9. Cook over low heat, until the seasoning is absorbed and the sauce thickens

Note:

Pour the hot water gradually, so that the flavors mingle well into the meat.
