Buffalo Wings Recipe

This recipe is for restaurant style Buffalo Wings and you can try to make it yourself. It’s very yummy and your children will love it!

Ingredients:

  • 8 pcs chicken wings
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder

Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 8 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons tabasco
  • 1 tsp sugar         
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh pepper, puree

How to make:

  1. Cut off the tapered ends of the wings.
  2. Divide the wing into 2 parts (so you will have 16 pieces).
  3. Wash the wings then soak briefly with lemon juice.
  4. Wash again then drain in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. The next day, coat the wings with salt, garlic powder and ginger.
  6. Sit for a few moments in the refrigerator until the flavors infuse.
  7. Fry the chicken wings in cooking oil until golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients in another pan, then heat with medium heat.
  9. Put the fried wings into the sauce, stir fast until the sauce covers all the wings.
  10. Serve warm.

Note:

Drain the chicken wings overnight within the refrigerator to make them crisp outside and tender inside. Try it!
