This recipe is for restaurant style Buffalo Wings and you can try to make it yourself. It’s very yummy and your children will love it!
Ingredients:
- 8 pcs chicken wings
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 8 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons tabasco
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fresh pepper, puree
How to make:
- Cut off the tapered ends of the wings.
- Divide the wing into 2 parts (so you will have 16 pieces).
- Wash the wings then soak briefly with lemon juice.
- Wash again then drain in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, coat the wings with salt, garlic powder and ginger.
- Sit for a few moments in the refrigerator until the flavors infuse.
- Fry the chicken wings in cooking oil until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients in another pan, then heat with medium heat.
- Put the fried wings into the sauce, stir fast until the sauce covers all the wings.
- Serve warm.
Note:
Drain the chicken wings overnight within the refrigerator to make them crisp outside and tender inside. Try it!
