Choco Peanut Butter Muffins

Choco peanut butter muffin tastes very soft and not too sweet. Chocolate flavor combined with delicious cream cheese and peanut butter. Eat it warm, very yummy..

Muffin Ingredients:

Section A:

  • 200 gr flour
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Section B:

  • 210 gr sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Section C:

  • 2 eggs @ 50 gr
  • 225 ml milk
  • 125 gr butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

 

Muffin Filling:

  • 50 ounces cream cheese
  • 50 grams of chunky peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar

 

How to make:

  1. Beat the stuffing ingredients, set aside. 
  2. Strain ingredients A, place it in a container.
  3. Add ingredients B, mix it well. Make a hole in the middle.
  4. Put ingredients C into the hole. Stir circling, only until the flour becomes a little wet. Leave some flour to clot.
  5. Grease a muffin tin with butter. Put the mixture into it until almost full (3/4 muffin tin hole). Pour the filling in the middle.
  6. Bake approximately 35 minutes in temperature of 190°C

 

Note: in mixing the dough, in section C, does not need to be very smooth.
