She was seen as a smart, beautiful, and elegant leader. Her image as a good mother with a good family shattered when her rivals attacked her daughter. The attack came to be because the daughter, still quite young, was pregnant. As a result, her daughter, traumatized, ended up hating her mother and everything her mother did. And because she was seen as the trouble maker she just acted it out. As if being told she was bad she really was bad! This is unfair for the child who must bear negatively because of the popularity of her parent!

It was the same as one of politician who moved to other country because of his misbehavior, which made his family suffer. Every time when his child walked to his school and met a few of tourists from his country, they asked him ”Are you Mr…XYZ ‘son? Why did your father move here?”

It had nothing to do with the child! It will hurt the children’s heart and they will have no respect to their parents. In other case, when one of member of parliament was suspected as a corruptor, everybody sent messages to his son’s on his Facebook and asked him many things.

Why must the children bear the parents mistakes? It is unfair… we must help them and care them as our next young generation, to make them not following their parents mistakes, and to make them not spoil to the society anymore in the future.

6:164

Say, “Is it other than Allah I should desire as a lord while He is the Lord of all things? And every soul earns not [blame] except against itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.” (QS Al-An’am 164)
