When you are dressed, of course, the clothes you are wearing will represent you. Therefore, you cannot just choose and wear any clothing. Hence, knowing how to dress in accordance to Islam and to your own style is pertinent.
Fashion actually consists of three main themes: basic, color, and accessories. What are they?
Basic
Basic consists of standard fashion models, such as,
- Black pants / long skirt, black undershirt and black veil
- White pants / long skirts, white undershirts and white veil
- Beige pants / long skirt, beige undershirt and beige veil
To select basic apparel you also have to consider material that is comfortable to wear, and fit to your posture or body shape.
Pants
Today there are many models of trousers that can be found. However, not all models are appropriate for everyone. Each person is only fitting to wear certain pants. To be able to appear harmonious, stylish, comfortable and stay fit in the daily activities, adjust the trouser model with your body shape.
If you are heavy in the hips, look for pants of wide pipe to make your appearance balanced. If you do that, then size of your leg from thigh to ankle will look slim. In addition, the creases on the front of trouser after ironed will make your body look long and lean.
Long Skirt
In addition to trousers, for those who want to look more feminine, may wear long skirts as your variety of clothing. Of course the selection of long skirt should also be tailored to the shape of your body, activities, and personality that characterizes you.
For individuals who have ideal-body can use pleated skirts to give impression full in the lower body. For those who are plus-size, choose a simple skirt or does not have much detail like straight skirt as it can give slim impression on your body. Choice of chiffon skirt can also be an alternative.
Undershirt
In many clothing stores undershirt in various colors and models are widely available . But that does not mean you must have them all. Just three colors that should adorn your wardrobe : black, white, and beige. This undershirt is enough to help anyone who wants to appear harmonious and style with latest fashion models.
Leggings
Leggings are under pants with various colors. Usually it is used as an under pants while we are wearing dress/robe or long skirt made of flimsy material.
Inner
Inner is used before using a rectangular or square scarf for your veil. It is helped you to keep your veil tight (not slippery), cover your hair, and look more neat.
Ready-Made Veil
This type of veil is accessories for Muslim women. Ready-Made veil usually is made of spandex and Muslimah likes to wear it as it is practical. Choose a plain colored of ready-made veil with three basic colors such as black, white, and beige. If you buy ready-made veil, you should try it first and look at the mirror whether it fits or conforms to the shape of your face. If you see is fitting, in a sense already eliminates the weaknesses of your face shape, then you can buy according to your budget.
