Grilled Ribs to Celebrate Eid Al-Adha

On the day of Fitr we may want to provide a special meal for our family. The grilled ribs recipe below can be added to the menu of your dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of ribs
  • Sauce, mix together: mayonaise, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, 4 cloves garlic minced, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt to taste
  • 1 onions sliced
  • Cooking oil, to sauteing

How to make:

  1. Boil the ribs until half cooked
  2. Saute onion slices until fragrant, add the sauce, add the broth to taste (rib stew from boiling) and ribs
  3. Boil with low heat until the ribs are soft and the sauce thickens
  4. Taste it
  5. Grill the ribs, just until browned
  6. At the time served, douse the barbecued ribs with the sauce
  7. Serve with boiled vegetables
