What you need are:
7 green apple, peeled, cut and sliced
2 table spoons caster sugar or fine sugar
90g plain flour
1 tea spoon ground cinnamon
100g cold butter and chopped
15g soft brown sugar
50g oats
2 table spoons corn flour
1/2 cup chopped walnut and 1 hand full raisin (optional)
3 table spoon lemon juice
How to make:
- Preheat oven 350 F
- Brush the medium dish with the melted butter. Mixed the slice apple with caster sugar, cinnamon, corn flour, and lemon juice.
- Sift the flour into the bowl. Use fingertips, rub in the cold butter until the flour become likes breadcrumbs. Add the brown sugar and oats. Mix well.
- Put the apples into the dish and sprinkle the mixed flour on the top of the apples. Bake for 45 minutes or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden.
