Halal Layered Pudding Recipe

This pudding tastes fresh and is suitable to eat during spring or summer time. You can also serve it on special occasions with family or friends. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients A:

  • Chocolate cookies, to taste
  • 1/2 packet of jelly @ 7 g
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 300 ml of water

Ingredients B:         

  • 1 packet of jelly @ 7 g
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 150 ml thick cream

Ingredients C:

  • 1 packet of jelly @ 7 g (halal gelatin or gelatin made of seaweed)
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 150 ml heavy cream 
  • Mocha paste or cocoa, to taste

Ingredients D:

  • 1 packet of jelly @ 7 g (halal gelatin or gelatin made of seaweed)
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 500 ml fresh milk             
  • 150 ml heavy cream

                                 

How to make:

Ingredients A:

  1. Arrange the chocolate cookies in the bottom of the mold. Set aside.
  2. Mix jelly, sugar and water.
  3. Bring to a boil while stirring.
  4. Lift then gradually pour over cookies.
  5. Allow the jelly to half harden.

Ingredients B:

  1. Mix jelly, sugar and milk.
  2. Cook until boiling.
  3. Lift, then put the thick cream and stir well.
  4. Pour slowly on top of Ingredients A that have hardened a bit on the surface.

Ingredients C:

  1. Mix jelly, sugar, mocha paste, and fresh milk.
  2. Cook until boiling.
  3. Lift, then put the thick cream and stir well.
  4. Pour slowly into the above mixture of Ingredients B which have hardened a bit on the surface.

Ingredients D:

  1. Mix jelly, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.
  2. Cook until boiling.
  3. Lift, then pour the thick cream and stir well.
  4. Pour slowly into the above mixture of Ingredients C which have hardened a bit on the surface.

 

Finally, wait until the pudding cools then put it in the refrigerator. Serve chilled with custard, cocktail or fresh fruit.
