It seems that everyone knows this food. I practice it quite often for breakfast, especially when I feel stuck do not know what to cook :lol:. The food tastes are sweet, spicy and fresh, appetizing enough to eat in the morning or lunch.
Ingredients:
- 4 cooked eggs (bull’s eye or sunny side up egg)
- 5 grains of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 pcs red chili, sliced oblique
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- Lemon juice, to taste
How to make:
It is so easy ….
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add red pepper and tomato. Stir until wilted.
- Put soy sauce then remove it from heat.
- Pour lemon juice. Pour to the bull’s eye or sunny side up egg.
The food is ready!
