Sauté Mushrooms-Mustard Greens

Paced sauté indeed is one of my favorites. Practical, tasty, and healthy! Fresh vegetables combined with delicious broth. Yummm…! 

Ingredients:

Sauté Mushrooms -Mustard Greens

1 bunch mustard greens

100 gr fresh mushrooms

50 g onions, chopped rough

 2 cloves of garlics, crushed

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

sugar, salt, pepper to taste

100 ml chicken stock

How to make:

  1. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add broth, bring to boil. Put oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir, simmer again until the sauce is quite thick.
  3. Put mushroom and mustard greens. Stir in a few minutes, immediately remove from heat.
