Paced sauté indeed is one of my favorites. Practical, tasty, and healthy! Fresh vegetables combined with delicious broth. Yummm…!
Ingredients:
1 bunch mustard greens
100 gr fresh mushrooms
50 g onions, chopped rough
2 cloves of garlics, crushed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
sugar, salt, pepper to taste
100 ml chicken stock
How to make:
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add broth, bring to boil. Put oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir, simmer again until the sauce is quite thick.
- Put mushroom and mustard greens. Stir in a few minutes, immediately remove from heat.
