Quran is not only a scientific book, religious book, but it is the words of Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta’aala. Many scientific discoveries actually had been mentioned since the past centuries in the Quran. Before scientists have a sophisticated technology and theories  to explain the phenomena such as discovering  that the shape of the earth is spherical (Quran Surah 31: 29, 39:5, 79:30), the light of the moon is reflected light (Quran Surah 25:61, 71:15-16), and so forth,  we can find those clues and facts in the Al-Qur’anul Kareem.  We as Muslims are encouraged to learn, study, read, and search for  scientific miracles that Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta’ala has created for His creatures. Who can provide  definite guidance than the Creator Himself?

Dr Lamya Shahin, director of the outreach program activities at the ladies’ section of the Islamic Education Foundation-Al Hamra branch-Jeddah [IEF], a principal member for non-Arabic teachings of the Scientific miracles in the Qur’an & Sunnah in the Ladies branch of the International Commission of the Scientific Miracles in the Qur’an & Sunnah-Jeddah, and a contributor of aMuslima will share her presentation in Copenhagen.  Here we go..
