Squid Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:

Grind the spices:

  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 5 green chillies

 

  • Coconut paste, 10 tbsp
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • Lime leaves
  • Bay leaves
  • 300 ml water

 

  • 500 grams squid, cut round in 2 cm pieces
  • Tofu 200 grams, cut small
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

How to do:

  1. Fry the tofu untill well done then put aside.
  2. Add 4 tbsp oil on the wok.
  3. Sauté the spices until fragrant.
  4. Then add bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal, coconut paste, water around 300 ml, salt, and mix it well
  5. Once it is boiled, add squid and mix it around 5 minutes
  6. Done!
