Ingredients:
Grind the spices:
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 5 green chillies
- Coconut paste, 10 tbsp
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- Lime leaves
- Bay leaves
- 300 ml water
- 500 grams squid, cut round in 2 cm pieces
- Tofu 200 grams, cut small
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
How to do:
- Fry the tofu untill well done then put aside.
- Add 4 tbsp oil on the wok.
- Sauté the spices until fragrant.
- Then add bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal, coconut paste, water around 300 ml, salt, and mix it well
- Once it is boiled, add squid and mix it around 5 minutes
- Done!
