Style Your Hijab – Pashmina Black & White

Do you want to try a unique style for a special occasion or party? Try this step by step hijab below, it may look difficult, but it is actually easy. This is how to do it:

Step 1
Step 1-6
  1. Prepare an inner-wear that covers your neck, 2 pieces of pashmina (rectangular shape) with 2 different colors (our video uses white and black pashmina) that match with your clothes, and pins.
  2. Wear an innerwear and tighten it if it is too loose at your face.
  3. Put the first pashmina/white, with the right side longer than the left.
  4. Tie the first pashmina/white behind the head, so that the long side is now on your left. Pin it on top, right and left of your head, thus the position will not be changed.
  5. Put the second pashmina/black (fold it half in lengthwise if it is too wide) at an asymmetric or tilted position, the right side longer than the left side, then pin it.
  6. Tie the second pashmina/black behind your head.  Adjust the position of the hood with the short side of each (white and black) on the edge, with both of the long sides in the middle. Pin it on top and on the sides of your head.

    Step 7-10
  7. Bring the long side of the two pashminas (white and black) and the one short side of the first pashmina (white) to the right side of your shoulder, and twist the first/white and the second/black of long side.
  8. Pull the wrench up on your head and then bring it behind your head, afterward tie it with the short length of the second pashmina/black. Insert the wrench until it looks neat, pin it.
  9. Finally, the rest of the first pashmina/white should be wrapped around the top of your head. Tuck it into the wrench for a nice look, then pin it.
  10. Then you’re done!

If you are viewed from the right side, your scarf will be dominantly white, while if viewed from the left side, it will be dominantly black. Cool right? To make it easier for you to follow, watch this video.
