This spring roll of Vietnamese-style looks very interesting cuisine. It is like vegetables wrapped in transparent plastic. Besides healthy because it contains raw vegetables, this snack is very easy to make.
Ingredients needed:
- Rice wrapper (you can find it at the Asian store)
- Lettuce, slice
- Bean sprouts
- Cucumber, slice
- Boiled peeled shrimp, cut into two or three pieces (depend on the shrimp size)
- Cilantro, cut without stems
Sauce:
Sweet and sour sauce
How to make:
Soak one rice wrapper at a time with warm water on a plate. Place the rice wrapper, fill it with pieces of lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, boiled shrimp, and cilantro. Wrap the spring roll.
