Vietnamese Spring Roll….a Healthy Snack

This spring roll of Vietnamese-style looks very interesting cuisine. It is like vegetables wrapped in transparent plastic. Besides healthy because it contains raw vegetables, this snack is very easy to make.

Ingredients needed:

  1. Rice wrapper (you can find it at the Asian store)
  2. Lettuce, slice
  3. Bean sprouts
  4. Cucumber, slice
  5. Boiled peeled shrimp, cut into two or three pieces (depend on the shrimp size)
  6. Cilantro, cut without stems

Sauce:

Sweet and sour sauce

How to make:

Soak one rice wrapper at a time with warm water  on a plate. Place the rice wrapper, fill it with pieces of lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, boiled shrimp, and cilantro. Wrap the spring roll.

The Vietnamese spring roll is ready to eat with sweet and sour sauce with your family.
